I haven't actually used Cobalt's VIIC/41 yet as I just grabbed it the other day. I was having a little trouble following the mod's instructions.
CapZap sorted it out for me though.
As for the GWX mod; I have slow poke dial-up so it would take me 20 years to download it. It might cause my game to screw up too (I had enough trouble getting it to work with Vista so I don't want to take any chances
). So it's just stock SH3 with SH3 Commander & JSGME.
