That's why I am puzzled why it didn't work. I downloaded a mod that removes the grainy effect and the only file in it is the noise.dds file in te Misc folder. noise0.dds and noise1.dds look like cloud textures. I don't want to remove them since they look different than what the stock ones do. I will remove the Filters folder and see what happens. Thanks again.
