Your be amazed at what a simple full defrag can do to a PC, i use Disktrixs Ultimate Defrag and have it always running in the background turned off when gaming otherwise shes continuously running. Since running this program my PC acts like if shes just had a reformat. After installing uninstalling software your pc tends to drag its feet whether it be working in MS word or gaming the tiredness is showing. Plus the softwares uninstall feature doesn't always do the job properly so a defrag running with the odd ultilities cleanout keeps the PC in top shape. If issues still persist then its either a nasty malware or hddware problem or even an update of the video card drivers can help.
