No!! It's just that we both have been on this around the same time, OLC has been working on the SH3 Scene file & I have been working on the SH4 Scene file.
What this does is gives the players a large range of atmosphere mods to choose from!
I had to release mine as the 16k side of the SH4 Scene was non existant, this is a first!

This area is totally in the sky Env files, & haven't touched them, it would be the same as GWX and previous 16k mods, however I will look into this further.

As above, this is the first release of a 16k atmosphere for SH4 Scene.dat, a few other improvements included.
