Hey. I update both Uboat submarine files with bellow while in port, start the game and nothing

- can't add more then 6 officers? Any idea why? I play stock with bellow MOds - noth special

MaxPettyOfficers=32 ; max number of crewmembers over rank 4
MaxOfficers=20 ; max number of crewmembers over rank 7
