Did you try waiting longer for the loading ? Sometimes it can be really long. The training missions don't load the campaign stuff but the campaign (obviously) and single missions do, hence the longer loading times.

Doh! That was it...just had to wait longer for the loading. Started up a campaign today, a lot of the little additions are very nice, and overall it is more challenging. Great job GWX team, thanks!
