Yes, but without wakes it would seem.
Also, that shot of BM doesn't seem to have much in the way of lighting, reflections or specular mapping.
I'll take SH3's graphics and atmosphere over any other PTO game/sim out there - hands down. Like many other ppl, I never noticed the lack of shadows until you brought it up.
