Fleet boats do not have a salvo shot, you have manually launch each torpedo, you change the spread angle to accomplish a salvo shot. But point to remember, if you change the spread angle for 1 torpedo, it becomes the setting for all torpedoes, so you need to adjust it for each torpedo.
