As have I, many many times, inside of convoys, taskforces, wherever. I've not had the CO
2 bug since, and I've logged a lot of hours on this game. The one time it happened to me was pretty much right when I got it, I think I had alt-tabbed out and back in. I just cannot remember how i fixed it... not that it was a real fix, it just vented the CO
2 after and didn't reoccur again.
