Whenever one of my crew gets shaken up due to an attack I make note of his name and transfer his sorry butt to the looney bin ward at base and I replace him. Reason? I don't want him freaking out next time we get in a sticky situation. Yes, I really do that. The only thing close to a brig in the game is when Command sends you to a boring desk job or in my opinion as a training officer. I'd rather face the enemy than teach a bunch of hairy Bilge Rats.  |
Oh I imagine if someone went loopy they would be dismissed as soon as they RTB, I was just wondering how real life skippers handled the situation at sea.
