If I may give you some advice... avoid the HD3450 and 36xx series like the plague, they are slow as hell.
The HD3450 has a meager 40 stream processors, 4 texturing units and a really, really slow 64 bit memory bus.
Compare this to the HD3850 which has 320 stream processors, 16 texturing units and a 256 bit memory bus.... plus it runs at a higher clockspeed.
The absolute best value ATi card is the HD3850.
Heaps more performance and still at a very good price. Here in Autralia they go for around $250 AUD retail. In the US they cost around $180 US... In Europe they can be found for around 170 EUROs (Germany) But regardless of were you live the HD 3850 should offer the best price/performance ratio...
Oh and please make sure you get the 512MB version.
