I'm not one to moan too loud for a $10 mod and I really DO think it rocks

but what posessed these guys to come up with this for a cap for a kriegsmarine NCO?

I have in my collection a real NCO "Schirmutze" and I have attached it here for comparison. Can someone please help with a suitable texture change?
