Same Old Bucket of Bolts
Ok, so I haven't gotten the add-on yet and I'm now downloading TMO. So, I restated a new campaign and completed 3 war patrols but I haven't gotten that half-cut conning tower I got when I first relocated to Surabaya, Java in a former campaign. In fact it's April, 1942. Shouldn't I have gotten that refitting?
