Somewhere in youtube is a Wochenschau - clip where you can see how the load a Boot by a milk cow. And make a ques how the bring the torps to the refilled Boot!
They put some "ballons" on the torp put it in the sea and with help of a rope and some swimmers bring it o the "vorgeflutetes" Boot (the deck was something kneedeep blow the surface) and surface to can open the Torp hatch ....
So why not make the same with the bow torps to get them to stern?
