Your specs look good, could be a corrupted install, I would re-install SH4, or suspect Vista.
Other problems, overheating, RAM issues,......its endless the possibilities....good luck! |
Had no problems when TM.1.7.6, Sound & GFX-Row V5 was installed.
Will uninstall game completely. See if a new install fixes it
