I think the TII is given for 30 knots but the ingame speed is actually 28.
If you're interested, these values are in "torpedo.sim" in sh3/data/library, you can open/edit this file either with S3D or MiniTweaker.
Strange, and very interesting! Was this never corrected by any supermod?
