Right-click on the file, and you will get a message box with several options. One of these will be "Open With..."
One of the options for opening it should say "Paint". You will then see a Paint program box with your picture in it. Click on "File" and select "Save As". At the bottom will be a drop down menu that says "Save As Type". This will let you select the save format, and you will have a jpeg picture ready for uploading. |
