SH3Cmdr provides suggestions that are based on the RL award availability and criteria. All you need do is check out the suggestions (on the Crew Manager screen) and make your own mind up as to whether you want to follow them.
Alternatively, as melnibonian states, pressing the "Auto-fix" button on the Crew Manager screen will automatically apply the suggestions to each crewman. |
