Perhaps. But to what advantage? "Don't even think about bullying the US"?
We flexed our muscle with the first Atomic Bomb, then ICBMs, then Blackbirds and U-2 overflights, spy satellites, stealth aircraft, etc...
Does anyone feel any safer?
