at the moment im getting a thrill hitting the first small tanker thats stationary on the torpedo range, practicing using the wheels in the attack scope RANGE - AOB - FIRE.....1...2...3....4.......EXPLODE !!

Well, the trick actually is to not keep this just in your head. Draw it out on paper, or play around with the attack-map imagining a dummy target passing by you. Fiddle around with the TDC input dials. One at a time though! I'll admit, I paid attention in math-class, or maybe have that nerdy-gene you are talking about (yeah, most definate
). But my 'A-ha!' moments mostly come after using pencil, ruler and paper.
