It's possible... I'm not sure how it would help you in a skewed mercatur projection world though. How do you think it might be useful?

Conversions to different forms of measurement is a relatively simple multiplication exercise. I'm not sure though, if I like the idea of introducing a purposefully flawed Lat/Long measurement system for a flat Earth game.

I'll give that some thought though... it's an intriguing suggestion. I would never implement two seperate versions though...
