I have never encountered a DSL modem yet that does not have either a web interface, or a telnet/console interface, and most have both. How else do you set it up to connect to your given ISP?
Yours may have come from your ISP ready to connect, but I'd bet money that there is an interface to it (
http://192.1.1.1 or some such most likely, or telnet into it).
