Well most of my regular suggestions have already be mentioned (flowers) or distances stops them from being done (backscatches, walks, taking her out to see something she's intrested in). Regular contact by phone and email ( A video of yourself doing something romatic or funny (or both) would go down well) A letter or two would get even greater effect!
