I say get both. Sub Command has the SCX/SCU, and DW has more Sonalysts provided naval platforms (including a diesel sub) and the LWAMI mod. If you want to stay busy with modern naval simming, I recommend both. But of course, like sonar732 said above, there is a demo for you to try DW out before you actually buy it. It is good advice for you to see if you will enjoy it.
