I just went through it too and wanted "just" ROW
The way to do it is to go here:
http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=130150
Then you download 1 of the mods files from each of the 9 sections.
Some sections will give you a choice of what to install...just pick one.
So one from each of these sections:
#1.ROW Downloads
#2. ROW Camera Mod
#3. ROW Reflections for All game object's
#4. ROW Sea Foam
#5. ROW Textures
#6. ROW Zone's and Special effect's
#7. ROW Sky and Water Controls
#8. ROW Cloud's
#9. ROW Sound Effect's
This should make for the base ROW mod.
