I don't see how only that line will give you 'a number of decimal places'. The way I see it is it helps to gauge whether it is a halve mark or a quarter one, without having to turn the scope. That's a reasonable division, not? But it's ok if you do not include it. We're pampered with your mod anyway. |
OK, so I exaggerated. :p
If the "reason" I gave doesn't agree with you, you can instead choose my laziness (I won't be using that line myself) or my love of consistency (I don't like the idea of a horizontal line without a corresponding vertical one for getting the AOB) or my personal taste (it's ugly) or you can even think of it as one of those things in life that just don't make any sense at all. Like I said, I'll never please everyone. I've just got to stick to the notion that - for the most part - this is something I've made for myself, in the way I think best.
Now if you'll excuse me, it's valentine's day (a big con if you ask me) and I'm going to be late for dinner with my girl, who no doubt will also hit me with a bunch of complaints.
