That's odd as I've not had that happen ( yet ).
The red "Stuff" is an "air base" mod and nothing to do with the anchors.

Hopefully someone will come along soon and answer your question. Seems like a lot of the Mid East and other countries are out of the Internet due to cut cables strung along the ocean floor so some of the guys may be awhile telling any answers.
