Yes, I am upgraded to 1.4, I don't have all the red stuff on my map, but my anchors do look like that. BUT, when I returned from my first mission the anchor at Manila was gone. And I did a refit at Soerabaji, it had an anchor but not slanted, but I didn't end my mission I just needed some torpedos. Right now I am on my way back from my second mission and the anchor at Soerabaji is gone!! Edit: It was there when I left as was the one at Manila, since I had been transfered to Manila. But upon returning there is NO anchor tilted or straight.
