Okay.. here's the plan..
We charge everyone $10 a month to post on Subsim. That money goes into the Pheonix 1000 fund ! Then.. when we have enough.. we all buy the thing. It's co-owned by all of us...
THEN we go about getting our money back by taking rich people out on undersea tours and trips with it ! It's a money makeing machine !!!!
