About question one, when I get there the list is full and I can't drag anything on or off it I can move the priority up or down with the arrows beside it but that is all. They always seem to be fixing something stupid first.

You should be able to click within the box, not the scroll bar. Drag the box with the name of the damaged system up or down and drop it. It should relocate in the priority list. |
