Didn't someone propose collecting this and trying to make a profit through recycling?
Cause seriously, someone's gotta do it. I think a few of the world's governments could get together and pitch some cash for someone to start up an operation like this - given the composition of this, I suspect there would soon be a return.
...that's just speaking pragmatically of course. Really, what I think is that the world's major garbage producers have to go and pick it up
