THEN ROW Special Effects!
WernerSobe states in his thread that NSM should be installed last, and he is correct in general. BUT ROW Special Effects is an exception to this rule. It already contains all the changes he has made to the Zones.cfg file, plus the effects of ROW.
So, when JSGME warns you that Zones.cfg has already been altered by NSM, it's perfectly safe to let it overwrite.
I hope this is clear enough. Instructions are also included in the Readme (which I advise you to read...it's called "readme" just for this reason
)
