I don't know about the photo's, but as for the poster, you need to find druck_radio_7.tga file .(the 7 denotes a type VII, if your using a type IX it will be druck_radio_9.tga).Open file with a tga editor like irfanview, you will see original poster sized and placed. With your new image, possibly a jpeg, convert to tga and paste onto the druck_radio_7 file, size and place as the original. Once done save as druck_radio_7.tga in data/textures/tnormal/tex. Bingo, this works for me, see post radioroom posters.
