nTune sucks... hard. Uninstall it immediately! I'm not kidding...
It's been known to seriously hose systems, and can even cause hardware damage.
What you want is a program called Rivatuner... which can be had
here
It may look daunting at first glance, but check out
this tutorial and I think you'll find it's easy enough to use.
