You thought I was joking about how bad it was didn't you SUBMAN1? The thing that just made me so upset was that the "tech support" guy was having me go thru 3 different speed test url's, downloading files from 3 different sites, and telling me that this is typical....kept all of me from telling him

I called him to ask a simple question of what is the typical speed when you have the max DSL package. It turned into an hour of him thinking...oh...here we go again...probably someone that thinks that since he builds his own computers that he knows everything about dsl.
So...I emailed the marketing team and administration complaining about how I'm lucky to get 70% of my speed. After seeing the speed test ISP listed as someone off the wall...I emailed them too.
According to their
website, they have a direct fiber line going to the central office 5 miles away from me in Auxvasse...and I get 70% of my advertised speed????
