I'll tell you something, when I started buying on the internet almost a decade ago mostly on amazon and then on play.com I was amazed at the courtesy those shops had versus the customer.
Very rarely some books got lost from amazon, or a dvd came faulty from play.com and they either refunded me or issued a new dvd/book.
This kind of customer service is unheard of in italy
, the italian motto is screw your customers, the more the better.
