I buy form companies like that all the time. I recently bought an RC airplane to give as a gift from etoys.com, and it came slightly damaged. Without question, they got another one shipped out next day, and on top of it, said I could keep the damaged one too!
I had spare parts for free!!!! They treated me great. I'll buy from them again in the future 100x over!
Oh - i forgot to mention - they refunded my shipping too!
