I ordered 4 laptops back in December from them, and i have still yet to receive them. This is getting ridiculous.
How long does it take to put a normal laptop in a box and ship it? IBM's I have ordered in the past came nearly immediately. If something went wrong with an IBM, they practically would have a new laptop for you overnight!
What kind of service has the once good IBM become? Terrible.
