Image quality very low? Can You be more specific.... I have no idea what do You mean. I used to play this game with Radeon 9550 on board and there was no problem. Currently I have passively cooled 7600GT + external fan blowing on it. There is absolutely no problem with overheating of any component of my computer... im not new to this stuff  |
Look at the dials in down-right corner...they look blocky, with no anti-aliasing applied. That's why I concluded that your GPU isn't a speed-monster
But maybe it's still fast enough, if only you can prevent it from getting to hot...which is the case here, I suspect.
Instead of having a fan blowing on the card, try having a fan sucking hot air out of your PC-case.
And if this - or other video-drivers - doesn't work, then I don't have a clue how to fix this, sorry.
