Just what exactly have you downloaded ?
Is it the 1.4b patch or the no 5 bin file your referring to ?
If it's the bin file, downlad the MD5 checker programme from the GWX website (click on my sig) and check all the files you have downloaded.
It is possible you have a faulty file, but usually the fault lies in the fact thet your not using a fresh/virgin install of the SH3.
Follow the website installation instructions to the letter.
