I took to the air (finally) with the lads on the weekend. It took me 6 wrecks to get the hang of taking off all of which were in front of them. They may have laughed but I couldn't hear it on TS... |
Aye, we all had the same problems when we started. IL2 has one of the most complex flight models you get in flightsims. Once you get hang of it, all other flightsims feel arcadish, trust me.  |
Its still a bit tricky sometimes, especially when the damage model kicks in.
try to land with a couple of holes here an there, too slow and you roll over and crash
