I have it (or at least 90% of it, I left out a few sections I wasn't interested in) in pdf. I noticed it was closing down and d/l'd for my own reference. It's as formatted by Acrobat download, in other words it doesn't look precisely the same as the web pages, but pretty close and the internal links are preserved. I will have a look at it in the next couple of days to see what I missed out. I don't recall the file size offhand, as it's not on this pc.
I guess I could send it to someone, I don't have any way of posting it. I assume there are no copyright issues as it's a community manual. Edit to add: Without wishing to make a bigger than necessary deal about it, I notice that the community manual does say "You may not reproduce or redistribute this manual or parts of this manual on other media." I'd want to be sure that if I passed it along I'd not be running afoul of anyone who authored the community manual or who might claim any rights in it. If I have it right, danurve hosts it and I guess that over time there have been various authors/contributors. I'm thinking someone appropriate should "release" it. Comments appreciated.
