Is there a MOD for this?, I couldn't find one listed in the 1.4 Compatible MOD list.

My Uniform Mod at my signiture fixes this, Aside from the crew getting rank insignias that are correct for their rank, the 1.0 version will end promotions at sea, and the crew will only be promoted when you promote them at base
