So, for any who care to respond, do you have a stock distance from the target where you submerge?

Oh, another question dealing with crew management.
I see there are, I think, 6 basic operations areas on the boat. And see with the default management setup, 5 or 6 officers.
Would it be advantagous to scrap-out and recruit officers with skills/abilities to cover the 6 different areas?
