The 1.03 optional mod for reduced bouyancy is now part of the main files and intergrated
Merged campaign is the Black Sea and Indian Ocean merged with the main Atantic\North sea\Baltic etc files so yes load times will go up
If you are not planning a trip to the IO or BS then no need to use the merged mod
