I have read a few times where Kpt's are looking for the U-mark that appears in Stock SH3 when under water...well I took the liberty of creating a very small but simple addon. It is all mod friendly as it changes/adds only the .tga file.
It is available in Blue, Green, Orange, Purple, Yellow and Red. Be sure to read the read me in order to apply the color of choice...
It is of course JSGME enabled....
