I would advise this :

- Install SHIII and all the patches untill the 1.4b !

- Download JSGME Mod enabler and SH3Commander !

- Download and install GWX 2.0 and is SH3Commander files !

- Download U-Boat 1.2 for GWX 2.0 and install !

With GWX 2.0 stand alone !

- OLC Gui for GWX 2.0 !

- U-jagd tools mod 1.3

With U-Boat 1.2 for GWX !

- Combination mod U-boat 1.2 + OLC GUI 1.1.5


Also Pay atention to upcomming Patch and improvements over :

- GWX VERSION 2.1 Update

- U-Boat 1.2.1a patch
