Im only new to Silent Hunter 4 so please go easy on me if this is a stupid question.

I recently saw a video on youtube where the user had a view looking out the port holes of the Conning Tower. Seemed as if he was able to go inside the Conning Tower Bridge/ Steerage Room..

Is this a Mod or can I access this view in the standard version of the game.
