Hahahahaah! Funniest damn thing I read all day! You are joking aren't you? I have a combination of OS's in this very room, and Vista is the slowest of them all!

PS. If not, seems you probably had too much loaded bloat on your XP (And I dear say - a LOT of it), or you bought new hardware that was approximately 3 times faster than your older system at the time of install.
