It's worth sending him a PM, he checks in occasionally. I can give you complete template sets for the VII & IX boats but as it's originally Fubar's work, I suggest asking him before release.
Also, if you still have the original GW (aka TGW), extract the textures from there as they are 2048x2048 and not 1024x1024 as in GWX.
